Rappi – Turbo Picker App

We revamped Rappi’s "Turbo Picker" app, which powers their industry-leading 10-minute grocery delivery service. Our team conducted a full codebase audit and re-architecture of the React Native app to improve performance, reduce error rates, and enhance usability for warehouse workers. We introduced offline mode capabilities, barcode scanning improvements, and new fulfillment workflows to improve picker efficiency. Our collaborative work with the logistics and backend teams enabled real-time inventory syncing and reduced operational bottlenecks.
