Oral Genome

We are modernizing Oral Genome’s mobile health platform, which allows users to submit saliva test results via a mobile app and receive AI-powered health analyses. We migrated the backend from Loopback to a microservices-based architecture using NestJS to enhance scalability and performance. Our team introduced CI/CD pipelines using Terraform and GitHub Actions for smooth AWS ECS deployments, optimized the PostgreSQL database for high-volume data handling, and implemented secure authentication with Amazon Cognito. Additionally, we made significant contributions to the Flutter-based frontend, improving UX and integrating new AI features. The project emphasizes our expertise in healthcare tech, regulatory compliance, and building data-driven, patient-centered applications.
